Crystal healing can be subtle or profound and learning how to work with crystals can change your life.

Results or sudden knowing can come through quickly or can take many cycles of consciously sitting with a stone to come to understand how it wants to work with and resonate with you.

Information can come through in a variety of different ways, and it’s not always instantaneous. More often then not, one-off meetings with stones do not produce much information.

Rather, just like exercising, the cumulative effect of returning to conscious crystal practice adds up to deep and profound shifts in your understanding, and a true relationship with a stone.

The real gems of the process come by sticking to a steady practice. You don’t have to do anything complicated or commit to a long meditation every day.

Simply, a commitment to:

1. Engage daily with the crystal, and

2. Intermittently check-in with it throughout the day

— are what’s needed to develop an intimate relationship with any crystal teacher.

There are many exercises that can deepen your practice, but starting with this simple suggestion is a good first step when you want to know how to work with crystals.

You can learn more in Mood Crystals, and I’ll be back next week with a guided meditation, if that’s something you’re into trying out.
